IEEE UK & Ireland Section Launches Cyber Security Group
IEEE UK and Ireland Section is pleased to announce the launch of the Cyber Security group.
Cyber Security Chair, Dr Jonathan Francis Roscoe, commented:
Our aim is to provide a multidisciplinary environment for sharing the latest trends and knowledge across industry, government and academia. Members are a diverse set of experts, bringing together insights into the technological, psychological and economic challenges faced in information security.
The group will be running regular webinar events over the coming year and welcome suggestions for other events.
We’re looking for new committee members, including a secretary and an expert in social cyber security – if you are interested, or know someone who would be, please contact us.
