International Symposium | EMC+SIPI 2021 (Virtual)
The IEEE EMC Society and EMC Europe are teaming up to bring you EMC+SIPI 2021. We would all have very much liked to have had the planned in-person symposium in the beautiful city of Glasgow, Scotland but are instead focussing on delivering an outstanding virtual event – with a Scottish flavour.
The symposium provides state-of-the-art education on EMC, Signal Integrity and Power Integrity design and measurement techniques. The Symposium will feature technical sessions, interactive workshops/tutorials, standards sessions, experiments and demonstrations, virtual technical exhibition and virtual social networking events.
Our flagship educational program, the Clayton R Paul Global University, will take place from the 27 – 29 July. The technical program will focus on tutorials and workshops in the week 2 – 6 August and technical papers in the week 9 – 13 August, with other events throughout these two weeks including our experiments and demonstrations, panel discussions, along with our technical committee and standards committee meetings.
I hope you are looking forward to this joint international symposium as much as I am. We will be bringing two of the World’s premier conferences together for a fantastic virtual venue. Please mark your calendars. Our programme will include new research and educational material on EMC, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and International Standards related to all of these.
Our virtual exhibition will provide you with an opportunity to learn from some of our key industries and discuss how their solutions can help you with your work and research. Whilst we can’t be there in person, Glasgow, is a stunning city and a gateway to the romance and mystery of this Celtic wonder. We intend to bring you an experience of Scotland through our virtual cultural programme which will take in some stunning scenery and maybe even the odd taste of whisky! Slàinte Mhath!
