Geoscience and Remote Sensing Chapter

Welcome to the IEEE UK and Ireland Geoscience and Remote Sensing Chapter.

The Geoscience and Remote Sensing Chapter in the UK and Ireland organises events and meetings to support IEEE members working in the field of Geoscience and Remote Sensing.

The Chapter is aimed at students and professionals with an interest in the science and engineering applied to remote sensing of the earth, oceans, atmosphere, and space, as well as the processing, interpretation and dissemination of this information.

We are a newly reformed Chapter and it is our intention to organise technical and networking events in the above areas with our colleagues from related Chapters and the Affinity Groups within the Section.

We welcome volunteers from IEEE members to form the new committee.
